Exercise and the Deliman

For those of you who don’t already know, one of my many nicknames is the Deliman. Shocker, I know. The biggest drawback to loving the sandwich in it’s many incarnations is that if you eat them all of the time, you better be exercising a lot. The club deluxe or biter’s deluxe is not exactly the best thing to eat if you are watching your weight. So, I am happy to say that I have been motivated enough to get myself out onto the pavement for some running over the past month and a half. I am finally starting to feel better and just plain good when I am out there running. Which is a good thing, because after being at an all time low weight last year, I put on about 20 pounds. So, look out, the Deliman is coming to town.
