One of the projects we are working on (back burner) is Food Delivery Guide. Based on the fudamental need for good food, delivered to your door. The site is in a rough form right now and hopefully at some point soon, we will clean it up and integrate all of the features we would like. As it now stands, Food Delivery Guide will enable anyone to find restaurants in their home town based on zip code or city name. We have also divided each city into delivery food types based on the most popular varieties searched for. It is pretty amazing how much traffic the site is already seeing and I think that is an indication of just how underserved the delivery food market is. After all, we are all lazy by nature….well, a few people aren’t, but I am. I like to sit on the couch and have good, hot food delivered right to my door. What is better than that?

One of the things the site will not do right now is allow for people to comment on restaurants in the system. This is one of the features we are looking to add when we have time. I think it would be really awesome to have people be able to comment on the quality of the food and service for a particular restaurant. This will help consumers and the merchants who will have to improve their practices or suffer the consequences.
