Ok, so as I delve further and further into this technology, I am realizing that I will be building myself a new media center computer. Why would I want to do this? Simple, the benefits are too great not to. With the right computer hardware and software, a media center pc can control all of the tasks that multiple components have now and do it better. I will be running Windows Media Center for XP on the media center pc which will allow me to do many things, including watch HD quality video without having a separate HD tuner box. I think that as soon as this information becomes more readily available, people will be buying equipment like this in droves.
