Ripping CDs with Media Player 1o

Maybe it is the release of Media Center Edition 2005, but I have found myself using Windows Media Player 10 for just about all of my computer related audio and video needs lately. I have been checking out the features and DMR (digital media rights) that Media Player 10 offers and to be honest, I like it quite a bit. I just ripped a CD at 320Kb/sec quality (the highest level of MP3 recording MP10 offers), which I didn’t even know existed, and it did a 17 track album in about 5 minutes. So far I have not detected any clicks or pops as I was reading a newspaper article online while it was ripping on the same computer….and I am listening to the recorded tracks right now. I guess sometimes when Microsoft puts their mind to it, they can put out some decent software. :)
