What is the deal with cell phones and speakers? Every time my cell phone is within a few feet of an amplified speaker, it buzzes and beeps every couple of minutes. If I get a phone call, it is like a Chinese Fire Drill. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? It makes me wonder if they really did figure out how to make cell phones benign enough to put them next to your head for more than a minute or two.
