Berkeley, California Taxis…or Bust
July 10th, 2005 - No Comments YetA bunch of us went to check out Widespread Panic Friday night at the Greek Theatre on the UC Berkeley campus. I have a few words of advice on traveling from Berkeley to San Francisco on Friday night in Berkeley….drive or make sure you can get on the last BART train. We spent nearly 2 hours trying to get two cabs from Berkeley to SF and after speaking to a very nice Idian man on the phone a few times (he hung up on me the second time we spoke after I asked him if he was sending us two cabs or not). Needless to say, we ended up hoofing it to BART where we made the last train out of Berkeley by less than 2 minutes. I am not sure what we would have done had we not made it. But, the concert was great.
