IDX Free in Beta
We have been working on some free FTP IDX software in the last couple of weeks and we are now opening it up to some more people who would like to Beta test. The system was designed to be completely search engine friendly as well as user friendly. Most real estate agents have no clue what they are doing when it comes to computers let alone search engine marketing. That is why we have built the IDX Free system in PHP and made it very flexible so that it will work with just about any MLS software out there and be easy to set up. If you are interested in testing IDX Free please let me know.

Hello,
I found your blog about idx free and was fascinated by your concept. I am a realtor in Fresno and am in the middle of trying to custom design my own website. My only obstacle was learning to integrate my mls idx info. I would like to some assistance, and find out if I can install idx free to my next web site. Can I verify if Fresno MLS is compatible with your software?

Hi, I also stumbled on this, and am very interested in beta testing it for the Northstar MLS in Minnesota.
I have all the paperwork with nothstar, access to the ftp data files, and am in the process of designing the site for the Real Estate company.
I was going to go with a monthly service, but if you want to join forces, I would be happy to let you use the site I design as a sample. Also I have many more realtors that are interested on having sites designed, so it might turn out to be a great partnership.
Email me and let me know if you are interested in it.

Jason, I’ve reviewed everything on idxfree.com, and my ISP has certified that all the requirements are met. I’d like to test IDXFREE with the Northwest MLS data feed available to me as a broker. Let me know how to get/install the code, and I’ll put a site up as a beta. Thanks.
February 5th, 2006 at 10:45 pm
Yes’ I would be interested in checking out the software to beta on my site. I have been involved with idx data and converting to mysql, delimiting fields and ftp for a while now. I will be working on a custom search query via php after March that is more investor than user oriented with many automated functions.
my testing would be with h3cmlspin.com for Massachusetts.
Thanks!
Let me know

Hello,
I will be making a website soon for a Realtor friend and I am trying to get info. on how I can incorporate the MLS search into this site. Your IDX Free seems to be what I will need. He works for Century21 and currently has a site at http://www.scottrodgersc21.com/Home.html
Basically, he wants a cleaner, more focused site. Is IDX Free still available? If so, could you please send me information on how I may obtain it?
Thanks for your time,
Adam W. Warner

Hey Jason,
Hope you are well and wanted to see if you might be able to help me out.
I have several websites for our Real Estate Group.
www.TampaBayProperty.net
www.TampaBayForeclosure.net
www.TampaBayLuxuryHomeListings.com
I can get the raw data from our local Board but don’t know what format it is in yet.
I need an IDX solution that I can individually segment the market for each website.
One allowing visitors to search only Bank owned, Pre-Foreclosure and foreclosure properties.
One allowing visitors to search only Luxury homes.
One allowing visitors to search only for Condo’s, etc.
Let me know if you have a solution for me and what we would need to do moving forward.
Kind Regards,
Dave Parker

Hello
I am a Realtor in Southern California and have developed my own website. I currently outsource my IDX solution. However, my site is completely home grown and has the look and feel I designed adn I also have the ability to change the look when ever I want. My IDX vendor ships IDX in pretty much a canned format and I do not have the ability to modify the presentation.
I would like to try your software so I can run it from my servers using the MLS feed files thus allowing me to cutomize the IDX presentation.
Thanks for your help.
