I am testing out a plugin for WordPress that apparently lets you use Technorati tags in my posts. I am thinking that this will help Technorati better understand where to file my posts, but I have a feeling that it is simply so that I can display their common tags on my blog that I use. I am pretty sure I am not making any sense right now as I can’t even understand what I am saying. Plus, the plugin that I am using is already throwing out error messages. I am going to post this to see if entering some tags will clear the error message up.

Update 2 Minutes Later:

Ok, so that looks like what the problem was. The plugin I am using is called the Technorati Tag Plugin aptly enough. Very easy to integrate into WordPress and that error message was simply from no tags being used. You may also want to check out the page on the WordPress Codex about Custom Fields in WordPress. You will basically need to turn on the Advanced Post Editor to add a custom field where you will enter your tags in the values box and make the key “technorati”.
