For those of you whol like to eat like I do, you will need to pick yourselves up a Krups Panini machine. This could be the single best kitchen device ever invented. It can take a sandwich and make it into one of the best tasting things you have ever had…simply by heating it, crushing it, and making it crispy. It really doesn’t matter what kind of breat you use, although fresh Ciabatta is always nice. I just whipped up a couple of small paninis on some Ciabatta that Danielle picked up the other day. I had one with Black Forest Ham, Swiss Cheese, and French’s Mustard. This one was simple and really good. The second was made from the 7 lb. chicken that made it home with us from Carmel this past weekend, fresh Basil, Swiss Cheese, French’s Mustard and some of this Oregano salad dressing we have. This was also quite good.

The panini machine only takes a few minutes to heat up and is teflon coated so clean up is super easy. They are super duper fantastic.
