Special Prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald’s Website
Special prosecutor, Patrick J. Fitzgerald, has put up an official website today on the Department of Justice web server. It is interesting to note that the grand jury will expire next week and that they have decided to launch this website today. Also of interest are the notices that Scotter Libby (V.P. Cheney’s Chief of Staff) and Karl Rove (Bush’s Brain) received today telling them that they are in judicial jeopardy. This could get messy really fast. But, there is something that I keep thinking of the more I hear the media talk about what could be happening next week. Why is this all about Republicans and Democrats? Lets just say for a second that one of these guys gets indicted by the special prosecutor. Does the political party he claims as his have to come and rally behind him? Does this mean that everyone in the United States has to pick a side and either be for or against that person? What is the deal? We supposedly have a representative government, but all I hear is partisan this and Democrats that. I say we fire them all and start from scratch.

What was and is Paul J. Fitzgerald’s political affiliation, if any–Republican or Democratic or independent?
