If you are looking to combine RSS feeds into one feed, then all you need to do is peep rssmix.com.  I was looking to aggregate feeds from individual forums at DigitalPoint, eliminating the noisy ones and it took me all of about 2 minutes to create one feed with all of the forums I want to watch. Here is my DigitalPoint Forums feed as an example. It has 14 forum feeds aggregated into one. Great tool.
