Hey can u please tell me how I can set up my Sony Erickson W200 to the internet through my laptop, using the phone as the modem for my laptop. I do get connected but just within the range of my phone and the PC. The connection to the internet is breached in some way or the other. I connect using a USB connection. Thanks

I am connect internet useing a nokia 7610 and bluesoileil successfully paired with my mobile to my pc with bluetooth and dialup window is appare and i am dial this number *99***1# and error massage appare error 734:-ppp protocol was tarminated.How i am solve this problem. please help me.

i am getting problem cingular HTC 8125 to connect with pc . when i hook usb cable to pc it does show the HTC 8125 drive at all.

so that i cannot trasfer any date to win mobile . could you please advise what i shoud do to make that work ? please help me out . it looks like actual OS on that model 2.25.11.1 and when i hooked to pc it showed device wizard in task bar with sound but not showing actual drive .

I keep seeing WAP@CINGULAR.COM on here. Mine is WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
It Works but sometimes after I have been on for a bit it stops pulling pages and I have to reboot to get it working again. Any ideas?

make sure that you first install the software that came with your phone.

then connect your phone to your computer

create a new i net connection

start/all programs/accessories/communication/new connection wizard

connect to the internet >set up connection manually> connect using a dail up modem>
modem sony ericson WAP data modem(not the other one that just says modem or the default modem just check the wap data modem>isp name CINGULAR> phone number to dial *99***2#> username is
WAP@cingular.com>pass is CINGULAR1

hope this helps people that try to connect through their phones with USB cable

IMPORTANT
connect your phone to the internet THEN try to connect your computer to the internet through your phone!!!

I was was wandering if there is any hookup for a desktop for fast speed internet service. We live in the boondocks, and all we have is the slowest of the slow dial-up? Huges Net is too expensive. any ideas?
