There are many things in this world that can cause us humans to go insane. For me, certain sounds and noises can drive me to the boiling point very quickly. Up there on my list are people who eat with their mouth open, screaming children with parents who don’t do anything to curb their excitement and jackhammers. Clearly buying that homeless guy a carton of eggs, bacon and ham on Saturday night did not get rid of the bad mojo that is apparently hanging over my head this past week. This morning I was fortunate to awaken to the sound of kids running over my head and screaming and now a jackhammer is working next door…again. Maybe that is a sign that I should get my fat ass out on the bike or something.
