I think I am late in the game on this one, but why have we (read: I) been linking to Technorati for so long? Back in the day, I believe they at least started linking out to other sites. I am sure they got gamed, well, I know they got gamed but, what is the deal with the no link love? I have even tried to use their site before to get a feel for what people are talking about, but I really find it non-intuitive and really useless. The only thing I do like that they have done is rank blogs and categorize them based on what people have tagged their own blogs. Time to stop linking to them already. Sponges.
