It is no secret that Blogger, by Google, is a spammer’s dream. I have been pretty amazed that Google has not done anything to try and prevent these splogs from being created and/or becoming much more proactive in defeating existing ones. I wanted to see what the procedure was a few weeks ago to report spam abuse on blogger.com and here is what I found. The people at blogger.com don’t give a crap. That probably comes as no surprise. I was doing some research for some related terms and found that there were a bunch of splogs hosted on blogger.com that were redirecting to other domains. I poked around to try and find out how to report the blog to the powers that be, but to be honest, it was not easy. I finally found a form somewhere to contact them regarding general inquiries, not specifically for abuse. I have not heard back from them and did not necessarily believe that I would, but I did expect that they would yank this person’s account. Well, it is still alive and well. Probably good to have this spammer around so that Google can pump up their stats on how many “users” they have on blogger.com.

As for seo-freelanser I love Blogger. Also others free blogs around. Who said Tolstoj was a spammer?
